Suzanne is a seasoned project manager with nearly 20 years of marketing experience. She joined the Smarty Pants team in late 2017 with an impressive reputation for leading domestic and international research initiatives across technology, communications, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods categories, as well as the public sector. She is a consumer experience (CX) pro who has supported countless B2B and B2C clients.
While Suzanne guides clients on all research methods, her forte is quantitative research. She is a self-proclaimed numbers lover who specializes in developing data-driven stories about consumers, brands, and opportunities.
Suzanne most recently served as a director at Ipsos Loyalty (formerly Synovate/Symmetrics). During her 14-year tenure, she specialized in creating structure around the most complex projects. She remains a stickler for details, order, and efficient processes that drive research success.
Suzanne began her career as a marketing associate for a client-side medical firm. In this role, she developed organizational marketing strategies and grew her creative skillset.
Born and raised in central Indiana, Suzanne is a proud Boilermaker. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in management and marketing.
Suzanne lives outside of Indianapolis with her husband and two sons. She’s proud to be a mini-van driving soccer (and other sports) mom.
