Haley’s talents support Smarty Pants’ entertainment, technology and food & beverage clients. Her role starts at project conception, and carries through to final results. Her mantra is “there is always a better way,” and she demonstrates that in every aspect of her personal and professional life. Her time spent in various industries have provided her a fresh perspective that ensures clients will be wowed!
Haley works primarily on quantitative research initiatives, spending her time crafting engaging proposals, writing surveys, ensuring data integrity and delivering thought provoking research insights that bring data to life. As an ambidextrous researcher, Haley also flexes her qualitative muscles leading in-home ethnographies & viewing parties and supporting in-facility and online community research.
Haley joined the Smarty Pants team of experts in early 2017. Previously, she worked as a market research analyst at E Source, a utilities research and advisory firm. In this position, Haley was able to benefit millions of residential and business customers across the U.S. and Canada with actionable insights about electric and gas utilities.
Haley has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and currently lives in Tampa with her husband and two wheaten terriers.
