Lizanne is an instrumental member of the operations team at Smarty Pants. As the company’s Client Accounts Manager (aka “Revenue Genius”), Lizanne oversees the financial and contractual sides of client partnerships. Accounts receivable falls under her purview, as do critical documents such as Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
Part numbers guru, part operational whiz, Lizanne is also responsible for a myriad of administrative processes – from creating intuitive organizational systems to ensuring data collection and storage compliance. Behind the scenes, she is the mastermind that keeps Smarty Pants’ business running smoothly from project set-up through final billing and business forecasting.
Lizanne leads with energy and passion. She savors working for a dynamic, well-respected company that truly cares about its employees and producing the highest quality of work. Even while making business more efficient, she plays a key role in magnifying the joy that is part of the Smarty Pants culture.
From 2004 to early 2021, Lizanne worked for telecom giant CenturyLink (now Lumen Technologies, formerly Sprint). She began as a sales representative and rose to Workforce Manager, overseeing the successful workflow and staffing for 14 call centers around the globe. With a focus on empowering and engaging personnel, her responsibilities included leadership of staff onboarding and professional development, job assignments and functions, payroll and PTO reporting, and labor union negotiations.
A native of Long Island, NY, Lizanne now lives with her husband and daughter a stone’s throw from her office at Smarty Pants headquarters in Tennessee. She is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in sociology and criminal justice.
