Jenn is a picture-perfect Insights Genius—a veteran strategist and researcher with more than 15 years of agency and supplier side experience. She demonstrates her qualitative research savvy as an engaging moderator and ethnographer, and she flexes her quantitative research muscle on everything from questionnaire development to data-driven storytelling. She's also a seasoned project manager who excels at client relationships.
As a director-level exec, Jenn spends her days thinking outside the methodological box, extracting transformational learning from consumers, and exploring new ways to deliver insights. She leads many of Smarty Pants' global and mixed-method initiatives. From brand trackers to family immersions, she helps key food & beverage, entertainment, toy, and retail clients stay smart about how to win with youth and families.
Jenn joined Smarty Pants in 2018. She most recently held the position of strategist at THREE Research, where she built the company's qualitative practice and executed high-profile research across a range of sports and entertainment clients. Prior, she served as a director at Firefly Millward Brown where she led several U.S. and global research initiatives for clients including L'Oréal, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive and Capital One. Jenn began her career in media planning at Dietch Media Management, followed by Mediacom and Starcom.
Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the State University of New York at Cortland, with a concentration in Community Health Education. She holds a Master of Science in Mass Communication from Iona College, with a focus on Public Relations.
Based outside Albany, NY, Jenn is the proud mom of two children and a Labradoodle named Jeter. (See fun facts!) She is heavily involved in local youth sports, serving on the youth soccer board and coaching youth softball.
