- A fun-loving moderator and ethnographer with great intuition and ability to connect with preschoolers, kids, tweens, teens and their parents
- Riva-certified moderator with intensive training in the theory and practice of special tools and techniques of qualitative research
- Began at Smarty Pants as the “Playground Coordinator,” leading the company’s recruiting and managing all panel activities
- Now a senior qualitative researcher and industry leader who speaks at conferences, conducts research with youth, moms and families and organizes consumer panels
- Has led countless projects for Nickelodeon, Girl Scouts, General Mills, Wrigley, ConAgra, Electronic Arts, VIZ Media, Philips, Crayola, Nestle, Lucas Arts and American Eagle…to name a few
- Prior to joining the Smarty Pants team, was a recruiter and research consultant at a qualitative facility in Stamford, CT traditional focus groups, ethnographies and on-line bulletin board sessions with adults and children
- Started her professional career as an executive search consultant on Wall Street
- Holds a BA in psychology from Boston University

- Lives in Myrtle Beach, SC with husband Tom and teenage son, Michael
- Proudly earned the title of “loudest fan” on her son’s travel baseball team
- Is addicted to Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja on her iPad
- Loves to bust a move with Just Dance 3 (though her dance skill are up for debate)
- Is a certified Skydiver
