Know-It-All Panel

The Know-It-All family research panel is a phenomenal resource. Comprised of real families from Anchorage to Atlanta, Know-It-Alls are ready to help you evaluate products or test your hypotheses.

Meet the Know-It-Alls

Smarty Pants' proprietary Know-It-All panel is comprised of more than 15,000 American families with kids ages 0-17.

Know-It-Alls are real kids, tweens, teens, parents and grandparents who participate in on-line research approximately once per month.  As survey respondents or as virtual community members, Know-It-Alls provide invaluable insight on custom research initiatives and as part of syndicated research studies like Young Love.

The panel is powered by state-of-the-art software that allows research participants to drag and drop responses, highlight stimuli, view 3D images, movies, and packages and participate in qualitative discussions.

This secure client resource is COPPA compliant and safeguarded against "career respondents" by unique ISP addresses and regular refreshes.

Beyond the Panel

The Know-It-Alls play a big role in our custom and syndicated research, but they are not our only resource.  Through partnerships with several trusted sample providers, we seamlessly execute online projects with families on six continents.  Whether domestic or international, we are also able to target hard to reach consumers to get you the learning you're looking for.

As a best practice, Smarty Pants research studies typically blend samples from the Know-It-All panel with 1-2 external sources.  This multi-source approach ensures diverse participants with fresh, authentic perspectives.
